Loam is a free, open-source route builder for mountain biking and trail running. It prefers trails people have actually ridden or run in the past year.

Every search returns about ten routes with miles, climbing, a map preview, and a score for how closely each matches your request.
Want something you haven't ridden? Ask for a route with a set number of new miles.
